Kate and Tom are people I’m proud to say I know. They have huge hearts, honest souls, and they live with passion. They become more in love every day, and as proof, welcomed Dahlia into the world last January. This shoot was a real pleasure for me, now on to the photos…
So I shot this together with my good friend Ron, we traded off shooting and bounced ideas off each other. It was really fun, and I think it made the final product even better. His photos are interspersed with mine, noted by the black watermark.

I wanted to make sure to get some shots of just Kate and Tom. Their love is strong.
No camera tricks here! Just a baby in the air. It only took three tries to get this awesome shot.

Here’s a little behind the scenes shot for the above photos. Two flashes firing at full power, camera right to overcome the strong midday sun.
Baby D right before she crashes out at the end of the shoot. And damn, look at Kate, classic beauty. This shot and the next are all natural light. I tried to mix up the style a bit for some variety.
Tommy rocking the acoustic at the end of our set. Shot with Nikon 300s with 85mm F 1.8 wide open.
